Gary is experienced in handling matters in all aspects of intellectual property law, including client counseling, due diligence, opinions, licensing, litigation, and U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. He has particular experience in mechanical, electro-mechanical and medical technologies. Gary is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and often represents clients in appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He is also a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Greene worked as an engineer at several large engineering companies.
