KBS Prevails in Markman Proceedings

KBS is pleased to announce a successful outcome in the Markman proceedings in CenTrak, Inc. v. Sonitor Technologies, Inc., a patent litigation pending in the District Court for the District of Delaware. On January 4, 2016, the Court entered its decision, rejecting every single one of the six claim constructions offered by the defendant, and largely adopting the claim constructions put forth on behalf of CenTrak by KBS.
