Kaplan Breyer Schwarz, LLP is pleased to announce that Janine D. Geraigery has joined the firm.

Ms. Geraigery, joining as a Partner, has over 12 years of experience as a trusted adviser to clients in a wide range of businesses and technologies.  She counsels clients in all areas of patent practice, including: U.S. and foreign patent drafting and prosecution, patent due diligence, freedom-to-operate analysis, infringement and validity opinions, licensing, reexaminations, and patent litigation.

Ms. Geraigery has extensive experience across a broad range of technologies in virtually every industry sector, including: semiconductor materials and electrical components, materials engineering, telecommunications, software and database development, financial services, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, clothing design and manufacturing, sporting goods, industrial technology, and consumer and novelty products.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Geraigery was Of Counsel at a law firm in New York City, and founder of the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, P.C., a boutique intellectual property firm with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts and New York City, New York.
