Ms. Mishev, joining as a Partner, concentrates her practice in trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law.  She holds degrees in continental and common law, which helps her successfully represent overseas companies as well as national corporate and individual clients.  Ms. Mishev represents her clients as to various aspects of unfair competition, trademark, and copyright law in different industries, including Aeronautics, Financial, Banking, Internet and eCommerce, Wireless Technologies, Cosmetics, Perfumery, High-end Fashion, Market Research, and Food.
